Topic: Wrongly refused?......what can you do about it?

Hi
Thanks for your reply. Everything is in English as we are UK born and bred. We have discussed this with a Canadian lawyer, who told us that CHC have made a mistake and to write to them.....which we have done. We have also copied all the relevant documents and sent them with our letters, just so they cannot be missed now.......The problem we have is that all of the letters have so far gone unanswered by London. It is not helpful that there is an Election going on....and this is making the flow of information slower....I suspect. We have asked for the help of the Local mayor and MP for the area we intend to live in Canada.........they are asking questions through Ottawa immigration.......but the rules keep changing at the moment due to the Election.

Topic: Wrongly refused?......what can you do about it?

Hi All

We have been refused and the refusal has been based on the Assessing Officers inability to read paperwork. In our case the Education was the point in question.
We thought we had made the application idiot proof and found the only person who could not see the information for looking.

Refusal letter rec'd : 15/8/2008 dated 1/8/2008

Sent letter Recorded Delivery to Officer 18/8/2008 (did not show as received on PO tracker assumed lost as PO could not trace it.

Sent case Specific e-mail with letter attched 25/8/2008 an acknowledgement of receipt 'will pass to relevant dept' note returned to us the same day.

Sent another copy Special Delivery to Officer 26/8/2008 showed as signed for 27/8/2008

NOTHING HEARD by 17th September

Sent a copy to Program Manager at London 17/9/2008 showed as signed for 18/09/08

STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE.....................................

ANYONE ELSE SUFFERING A SIMILAR TOTAL DISREGARD BY LONDON OFFICE ?????
LOL
