Congratulations !! This definitely cannot be April Fool's pie:). So you only had soft LUDs after RFE receipt confirmation on status. This is a little unusual but I have certainly heard cases where the approval notice was sent out to the lawyer without any LUD in non-RFE circumstances. You may request for a scanned copy of the approval notice from him for your satisfaction.

Don't worry. You should get your RFE within the next few days because I remember mine took well over 2 weeks to get to the attorney from the USCIS office. Sometimes the status is updated with 'RFE sent' meaning it is ready for mail, but the physical despatch may not happen for some time.

Most attorneys may not want to answer our calls if they have not heard anything from USCIS, yet. They have seen the response time better, I guess:)

The minimum time to respond to RFE as far as I know is around 40 days.
