I am one of the NC victim...it finally got cleared but still waiting for the result after the several RFEs...(Why USCIS is so slooooooow and piccccccccky??? I hope those USCIS IOs were treated the same when they travel to another country...)

Topic: Infopass appt/Experience

Based on the experience I have with Infopass, Bank/Credit Card Customer Service and Community Center....

"The system is down" is ranked among the top 3 reasons that my request was not successfully answered.

I don't know how a "hi-tech" country like US having so many systems being down.

Why don't they just be honest and say "I am not in the mood and please come back later..."

:)....
