Topic: EAD returned by Post Office as undeliverable Help!

Hi - We have received the EAD today. It was after several months of waiting and several calls to USCIS. The EAD was mailed exactly after 2 weeks since we confirmed the address and it took 3 working days to be delivered.

The stunning part is the address is 100% correct. I am totally surprised that the mail which was once returned as undeliverable was delivered the next time without any change in address. I really doubt that the Post Office returned this mail as undeliverable. We have never missed a mail since 2 years and we are using the same address throughout.

Topic: Current Status: We mailed you a notice requesting additional evidence.

You need not worry. I too was in the same state 2 months ago. You will receiving a mail from USCIS in 5 to 6 days requesting for information which you have not provided. In my case they wanted my spouse's I-94 and marriage certificate. Once you mail these documents your case would resume processing.

Sure..I will definitely let you know as soon as I see any progress in my case. We have not changed our address for the past 2 years. What really surprises me is we have received an rfe from USCIS 2 months ago requesting additional information, and it was delivered without any issues. Not sure how this mail was missed.

Topic: EAD returned by Post Office as undeliverable Help!

Hi - I am also in a similar situation like you. My spouse applied for an EAD on Apr 10,2007 card production ordered July 30th, approval notice sent Aug 1st, on Aug 14th, the site updated with Card returned by PO as undeliverable. We have called them and updated the address on Aug 14th. There is no change in status since then. We have called USCIS a couple of times, they were asking to wait for 45 days. Did you receive the I-797 approval Note?
Please do post if you get any details.
