Strange trend:
Go to 485 tracker, and sort on Approval/Denial date (all categories and sub categories). You will find that for every 6 Nebraska Svc Center approvals there is 1 Texas Svc Center approval. What's going on? |
Topic: Different receipt dates online vs actual notice
guys, you mean "Received Date". I sent my application on July 10, 2007. The received date on my notice is July 11, 2007. The online USCIS case status says "On Sept 7 2007, we received your application.....". My notice date is Sept 18 2007.
Which is the correct one? No one knows. My attorney says they have conveninetly used the latest date to process, i.e. Sept 7 2007. But when I called USCIS, they said they are supposed to process as per July 11 2007. But everytime I call, they say a different thing - qui knows?! |

you are right! I just confirmed with my attorney that they process as per Receipt date in the 797 which is Sept 18th. So, the mailing / receiving date does not matter, hmm. Thugs! rascals! Wonder why they took more than 2 months to acknowledge receipt! So, I guess I will have to wait for another 2 months - till TSC's processing date advances to Sept 18th 07. Alright, I will give it a try. Thanks for the tip! |

Gosh, am i going crazy! Its really unfair that Aug 07 EB2 filers are getting greened and am a july 10th filer! These blokes are really dumb and stupid. Think I will go for an Infopass for whatever it's worth. Then will think what next to do... |

Beenawhile, I think your case is hugely delayed - but your PD is 2004. So, most likely it shd be cleared espe with the LUDs et al. But, just in case it doesnt pretty soon, you shd consider filing a Writ of mandamus |

My PD is Aug 2003, 485 filed date is July 10 2007, notice date is Sep 18, 2007, FP is done on Dec 28 2007 (LUDs in 01/2008) no RFEs - What did I do wrong? this is cruelty! |
