Topic: Full Time Study Letters for those who are applying witihin UK
last year i was rejected for the same reason.
HO ppl always change the goalpost. Ofcourse if someone is on student visa then definately he/she got extension becuase they studied fulltime but it is thier essential requirement. I did Msc from uni and then uni gave me the letter for full time studies and i reapplied. Its now been 6 month i havn't received my decision from HO. |

you should leave the hope.HO decides on90% applications within 5 to 14 weeks.
Im waiting since last 6 months even i have got UK MSc, UK driving lcense and IELTS with 7.0. Dont know what they are doing? |
Topic: Associate degree from University and MCSE
Dear Jogo,
HO do not accept CCNA or MCSE qualification or any associated degree. You won't be able to get any points on this qualification unless it is approved by NARIC. Check NARIC website for furthur information and speak to your university internal department if your associated degree is equal to NARIC qualification. But as far as i know it is not acceptable for HO as i have had similar qualification and they didn't accept that.

Let me know what was the reason for rejection. Also, did you apply from UK or outside? It will again take upto 14 weeks but it can take longer than that as well.

Hi,
I submitted my application on 31 of october and payment from my credit card ws deducted on 21 of november. if we calculate weeks from 21 of november till now, its been 20 weeks since my case is under consideration. i also have a word with my case worker too and i made offcial complain as well but situation is still there where it was.'Under Consideration'. I couldn't understand what they are verfying as my MSc is from UK, i submitted my full UK driving license as proof of my age and IELTS with 7.0 band. anyway can help what else i can do to speed up my case. Its so frustrated as i am in touch with my ex employer in pakistan and they said they havn't received any query from HO yet. i Dont know what else should i do as my student visa is likely to expire. i informed my case wroker that the person he send to verify my document should go to Pakistan by air if they send him by walk because they could be a valid reason of delay.
anyone can help here if they have any useful information to get the approval from HO? |
