That exactly what happened with me,they sent me a RFE on 24th of November,and I did send what they asked for,then on Dec 3rd my status changed to "request for additional evidens sent" and today the status is "document mailed to applicant".I've called the costumer service and the lady told me that means they approved the I-131 and I may not recieve the seconed RFE,but if I do I should call them and see what causes the confusion . |

Hi ,my I485 case was recieved to national benefits center on 20th of may 2007,with I130 received at the same date,I've called today the USCIS customer service and they told me that my case is out of frame since 71 days now,and they took my information to send a letter of clarification I think to the center,and the lady gave me a certain NO , and told me to wait till the 2oth of dec,I don't understand what is that NO means and what I should wait on dec 20th ???!!! please someon explain to me ,thank you |

Hi,I've applied for an AP 0n 10th of june 2008,recieving date was in 17th of june , and I'm still waiting till now,on 17th of Oct I've rrecieved an email for biometric appoitment on 24th of Oct , and till now I didn't recieve anything,and online status is pending,it's been now more than 150 days , my case is in Nebraska office center,the problem is I may checked the wrong choice on the application,I've checked re-entry pirmit by mistake ofcourse,cause everything else is correct and all the papers needed for AP are there,do you think they may denied it cause of that ?? and after more than 150 days !!!!!! |
