Topic: Entry Clearance Process

I had applied from Mumbai and neither called for interview nor any medical test. They took approx 6-7 working days on my case. They usually take decision without interviews..however, in few special cases they do call for interview.

Ideally it takes 10-12 working days. I had applied on 26th Oct & got the visas on 7th Nov. There is a possibility that they may not be able to contact your employers and verify the details. Check with your HR/Admin/Accounts department.

HI

I had sent the documents through courier company...DHL. The documents reached within 48 hours. Since you will be sending all original documents, I would suggest you to use the service of some professional courier company.

Hey Nasty..

I m back with more queries...:)
I was just going through the blog. I saw many people are showing their assets as part of their income. Problem with me is that I dont have any asset like house, car etc on my name.

Would that create a problem for me to get visas?
I am showing blance of approx 3.5 lacs...is that enough?
In the integra form they ask for house details for asset verification? Do i need to provide that even if the house is not on my name?
I had mailed my CV to few placement agencies. Few reverted back saying they would like to see me once I land in UK. Is the printout of those mails enough to show that I do have something for me in UK job market? Because it is hard to get any company confirming their interest in me before seeing me. Any suggestion friend???

If I am not streching too much on your bandwidth...can you please mail me your id on tejasmehta11@rediffmail.com. I just need to share expense sheet, cover letter etc with you...just to make doubly sure that I am on the right track.

Many thanks
Tejas
