Topic: Rec'd the big email from my friend CRIS:) I140 Approved ND: Sep27'07 PD: Jan'07

No:) I know it's a stupid move but I actually opted for CP instead of an AOS. Now Im thinking I'll just file my 485 when the PD becomes current.

Topic: TSC/I140/EB3 RFE replied 2 weeks back..Still no news!! How long do I need to wait?

Yeah, I was surprised myself. But then I read somewhere that TSC is more likely to process in the order of

1. Non-concurrent
2. PDs current
3. Concurrent.

I think it makes sense. But then it's USICS:) Best luck to you as well.

Topic: Can my employer transfer I-140 to consular processig?

True, it's not a very common occurrence. But I just happen to know coz I might transfer from CP to AOS myself:)
