Guys..thank you for all of your support and wishes.Finally I got it after 5 days of the AOS Interview..Most of the EB cases going for the Interview is because of FP rejected twice..so FORMAL interview...dont worry..Most of you got transferred just because of FP..I got this info from the interviewer..Good luck guys.. |

It looks like you will be cleared soon. I took the FP for the 3rd time, too. And the interview officer got the result within 2 days. I hesitated to go for the 3rd FP originally because they were already rejected twice before. I was surprised that I passed the third time. Like what they say, third time is a charm.... Good luck to you!

Thirupathim - I saw in your profile that the interview date is July 28. How did the interview go? Can you please update your experience?
After took oath, she just told me that, you came to the interview because of your FP was not readable 2 times. And asked all I-485 form questions have you ever been arrested etc. I said NO to ALL. Then I gave the Police certificate which I got from the local police station. She told me to take another FP after interview. I took it. She said if it is not readable again, i will use PC. Thats all..it is formal interview.. Waiting for the approval.
Are we supposed to take police certificate letter for all interviews or do they ask specifically for it? I have my interview in Aug.
Please let me know..thanks
It will take just 30 min to get it. It is only $5. It is better to have it before interview. |
