Apply for I140, I485 and EAD card.
Wait till you get your EAD card and I140 (my lawyer advised me to do this, as its safe and reduce risk).
Wait till 180 days after you applied for your I485. |

According to my lawyer I can change jobs when my I485 is pending over 180 days. He said he would like to have an approved I140. He also said the new job should be similar to whats on my labor certificate. I also can take a position anywhere in the country. |

hey guys this whole GC thing is driving me nuts..... I dont see how people with PD in 2005 in the EB3 and in ROW got approved in August. But they did. |

how did people get approved in this month? I know some one that got approved this month and her PD is june 2003/EB3/ROW.
She submitted her I485 on May 1 2007.
Can someone explain how she got it? |

if you use your AP you will destroy your H1 status. If you want to keep your H1 status, you must get it stamped on your passport and use h1 to enter USA |
