Topic: EAD for H4 Visa Holders

Question on "how to apply for EAD for H4" - could not find info on that specific case in this forum or on USCIS website.

1. Is the process and fee same as EAD for L2?
2. If not, how should this be done?

Thanks.

Can someone answer this?

Thanks.

Thanks!

Are you saying there are multiple proposed rules and only one (or a combination of them) will be coming in to effect?

(Pardon my ignorance. A noob here!)

Topic: EAD for H4 Visa Holders

Hello,

I am just in to the 4th year of H1B stay. I received my H1B extension paperwork last month and got my i-140 approved soon after. Is it possible for my wife to apply for EAD once the rule comes through?

(I tried searching this thread, but could not find the exact scenario being discussed.)

Thanks.
