Topic: Applicant in Slough, UK - Wife in Karachi - How to get visa?

Write to CHC explaining the situation. Give them a visit if its possible. Dont expect too much help from them, as they are usually nut case. However, I heard they can send special instruction to get visa stamped locally. No authentic information though...

I just send my transcript photocopy. CIC website nowhere tells about notarization. Why bother?

This may not be always right. CHC told to send my passport on 26th of Sep for visa stamping. Till today, client application status is showing "In Process - We started processing your application on xx.xx.2006." I applied in London office.

Topic: clarification

I think the more country involved the longer the time required. An Indian born UK resident involves two countries whereas UK born UK applicant involve one. Nothing authentic....just a thought.

You can get the forms from CIC website. These are the forms for sponsored applicants.

Topic: letter

I think it may be one of the two:
1. you missed a document update letter and after 90 days have elapsed they send you this.
2. They are a bunch of nuts and made a mistake.
