I got the same situation; got RFE even though I filed in August 2007. The sealed exam was returned to me, and I also assumed that my attorney submitted it a year ago. To answer your question,
Yes, I did the medical all over again with the new revised 693. I would not take chance by sending the old record from last year. Trust me, after sending the new one, I got the card in two weeks. Good luck |

I think you should call IO to check. Mine is very similar to another dreamer: RFE replied on July16, got received email on July 18. But I did not get any LUD after biometrics, though it seems most people were getting LUD right after the appointment. |

Grrrr, this club scares me......I have my approval sent to me on July 28. No CPO yet. PLEASE HELP! I have an biometrics appointment for EAD renewal this Friday. My current EAD expires on 10/11. Should I go to this app just in case or I do not need to because my 485 is already approved as my attorney said. I really do not trust my attorney, so please advise! |

For somebody like me, educated in US from HS, college, grad school, and with a profession which means nothing in my country, yes it is worth getting it. If I go back to my country, I am a junior high graduate, I will be either woking at 7-11 or serving tea to men, making copies.....with minimum wage. I make 6 figures, why should I go back?! |
