Is there an alternate combination of education and experience that is acceptable: No
Is a foreign educational equivalent acceptable: Yes
Is experience in an alternate occupation acceptable: Yes

Thank you all for your detailed responses. I really appreciate your help. Actually while taking the appointment online, I have filled few forms. Do I have to take printout of them? or Do I have to take printout of any forms from USCIS website and fill them out?

Please shed some light. My appointment is on 19th Dec.

Thanks again.

Topic: H1B renewal stamping. Pls help

Hello All,

Currently I am in India and going for H1b renewal stamping. I have already taken appointment thru online website and already paid fee thru HDFC. I have also filled online application at the time of taking appointment. Do I still have to down load any forms and take them along with me? or Do I just walk in for at the appointment time?

I am taking H1B approval docs for stamping. Do I have to carry any other fees or application printouts?

Please advise.

Thanks

Sorry to hear about MTR denial. I think you can still apply for an appeal because I heard about the same type case in some forum. I don't remember exactly where.
