Topic: query on I-485

Hi whatever123!

My attorney replied almost same as what NCDude said.

They replied saying that the job is still open and he is going to take this job once he gets his green card.

Topic: query on I-485

On mar 12th I got a query on I-485.
It says.

The Documentation submitted with your application and/or a review of service records indicate that you no longer reside in the same state or geographical location as the underlying form i-140 immigration petitioner and /or job location specified by your intended permanent employer.

There fore submit a currently dated letter from your original form I-140 employer which which address this discrepancy.

I filed my labor and I-140 I was in california, i moved to different state since I filed my 485, till now I am with the same employer.

Any gurus who can suggest me on the query would be greatly appreciated.

thanks

Topic: Changing Employer after GC

There is nothing written law about not to change the employer after u get u r GC, but i heard when u go for Naturalization i.e. after 5 years they will ask u list all previous employers and it totally depends on the officer to raise a question y u did not work for the employer who sponsored u r GC.
U have to explain a genuine reason

Julyguy u r wrong, That is a common message everybody will receive after we receive permanent resident email.
The one which u wrote is not compulsory it depends on the case.
My friend received same email but they never requested for FP. he got his card with in next 5 business days

Topic: RFE on Dependent after Main Applicants Approval

Apart from that did u re-submitted marriage certificate? Probably u should have to submit a notarized one

Basically USCIS will assign two different visa numbers for primary and dependant.
USCIS started resuming u r wife case, as u r wife case has soft LUD that means they are working on this case. U r wife should receive her card soon.
