Topic: Cannot Call TSC I got same response last week, again I called used same options (1 2 2 6 2 4) and spoke to two persons. They looked at my case PD and RD and sent a request to TSC. Also got ref# ETCxxxxxxTSC too. I have to wait 45 days get back on my status.
