Topic: LUD on 11/17 (Saturday noon CST) on I-131
Today there is another LUD on my application and the status changed to "DOCUMENT MAILED". But out of 2 applications one is approved but still waiting on my spouse's application. I am not going to wait for the approval document to receive in hand to leave for India. Just taking a chance hoping that I will receive it in hand by end of this month |

You are right; There will not be any reason BUT who knows some thing worst can happen like Your Employer is suddenly blacklisted by USCIS then there is a chance of denial right ?? |

medical emergency is the reason and patiently waiting for the last 2 weeks. they did send an email 10 days back that the expedite request is under process |

Expedite request by phone on 11/02. Received an email on 11/06 that expedite request is under process. We have not faxed any documents. LUDs on 11/06 & 11/07. After that no change at all |

Look for the receipt number on the FP request notice, which is your I-485 receipt number |
