I called the general HO number and spoke to the case worker. I have faxed the forms. However the fax number on the form is not working. Fax it to 0044-1142072894.
I think its a better bet and then in 2 days i called to check if the forms and the request letter was recvd ... they said yes it was recvd.
The reason they have asked for any corresponce is for verification of you being the same person and in case there has been any change in address then where can the send the approval or decline letter too. along with with request letter.
Please note they DO NOT hold any originals back be it as simple as a letter from us. Except the forms they will send back all other docs.

If you have applied under HSMP, then the appeal will be considered as a HSMP fresh case with the old docs and old number
The same goes for Tier 1.
However if the appeal is further rejected then you have to file a new case.

Hi There
As you would read in the Appeal Form which you can get from the link appended below. It mentions clearly NOT to resend any other documents as the HO would directly reject your application.
I spoke to my case officer as well as other 2 ladies (Lucy and George) who said NOT to send any other additional docs.
The reason is they have copies of all the papers that were submitted earlier and would refer to the same as a new case. More over you can mention to then the supporting docs that you have handed over and how you can justify your pay.

Hey all,
I have got a decline letter due to
1 - my pay slips not being stamped and signed! My organization states it clearly on the pay slips that its a computer generated slip and thus would not need a stamp or sign. However they could verify the salary from the Statements that were provided to them.
2 - They did not get evidence of my Bonus. However I had attached my bonus letter but it was called remuneration and rewards letter which has a stamp and sign.
I have written to HO as against an Appeal giving them supporting reasons and sighting that all the needed information is there !!!!
Do you know what are the chances of an approval to come through post an appeal? And how long does it take!
Some one please help!
