Topic: Pending for 130 days now..
My case is pending since August 4, 2008. I called the customer service center a few times last month and a couple of immigration attorneys told me that my case has been approved. However there was no change in status online with the exception of a hard lud. They kept saying that the card production has not been ordered yet. I took an infopass today and they said they need my biometrics. The IO gave me a biometric appointment.

Today my status changed to the following. Spoke with my attorney. Wants $1750 to do an infopass and check the case. Any recent interview people who had a similar status????? Its not a good thing to say but really looking for feedback from people who got rejected in their interview.
I guess it is still pending which will be consistent with my priority date.
Looking for any help.

One more condition - sorry. Your priority date should not be current. Meaning the case goes back to pending status. |

I am trying to figure something out with my interview. I would appreciate if someone can tell me how long it takes to update the status after a successful or an unsuccessful interview. Also what it exactly says.

the application was filed 8/11. UCICS took a long time to issue receipts as such my recept date is 9/07. |
