i got the approval notice email on nov5th and the actual mailed notice on the 8th, since then nothing, nil, zilch, nada,
i opened an S.R on the dec 22nd was told to wait 30 days and call if still nothing, i called yesterday and was told i had to wait 45 days which expires on feb 6, apparently this has happened to a few folk whose applications were transferred from csc to tsc
not sure why though, but i heard it was something to do with the biometrics info being unavailble, i had to do mine twice, jan 08 then they apparently lost the data and i had to go again in june 08, funny thing was that they never lost my wife's and we went at the same time at the same place and she is the dependent, i am the primary.
personnally i would not trust these people to run a bath for me never mind allow them to dictate my future in this country while
being part of this process, but then again i have chosen to be part of it, and i would rather be here than where i was,
so after my little rant, my advice to you would be '' Keep the faith" | | | |

Guy's i received approval e-mail on Nov5 and the approval notice in the mail was received around the 10th since then no CPO, no cards, no Lud's, nothing, zilch, nada, any reason to be concerned? | | | |

Thanks akmm, i heard the card is actually pink is this true, but honestly i really don't care what color it is, it could be yellow with pink polka dots, it just made my day, week, year, decade etc

my 140 was aproved 9/22, my h1-b extention was approved after only 3 weeks on9/24, my wifes I539 was approved after 3 weeks on9/23 when the processing times show oct 07, i have a soft lud on my AP today again after only 3 weeks, hopefully they might take a look at my 485 next. | | | |

only looked at your profile not any of the posts, just saw you were E1B and had been waiting 420+ days i assumed you would be green by now if not 140 approved atleast, you also had soft Luds which never came to anything.
But akmm pointed out you are approved but waiting on physical card so congrats!

good luck oco, i look at your PD and country of origin and think i am being rather selfish you have a lot longer than me in the present climate, hope it works out for you and your family. it just pisses me off that i have been here for 10yrs even though my profile does not depict it, but i have been screwed over a few times by various fly by night attorneys and i have probably sunk 25k into it, but being able to bring my daughter up in this country vice my own will hopefully be worth the wait. | | | |

Received a notice today responding to an S.R opened at the beginning of may, and it stated that uscis was awiting results from my biometric exam and that if i had not had my bio's done i will receive an apointment within the next 6-8 weeks. Thing is i had my bio's done on jan 30 2008 and at an info pass in march the IO confirmed that evrything was cleared and that my bio's were cleared within 24hrs of being taken, i called 1800 and finally got to speak to an io who could only respond with"i dont know why" over and over again, i am the father of a 2-1/2 yr old american citizen i am now beginning to think it may be quicker to wait until she is 21 and re-file through her!!!!! | | | |
