Hello chicago, IL..... Even mine is same case. I did't knew whether mine is selected or not. It seems my consultant received my papers yesterday. So we can't predict. I feel there are least chances in getting receipt number when check is not encashed. So be prepared 4 some other source. |

Hai 2legit2quit......... same with my case too. But mine is not premium. Even It happened same with one of my frd. i.e.. they did't receive any news but got h1. It happened in last year. Hope u too receive it. But keep in touch with ur employer. Atleast u are hearing some thing from him. But in my case no response. That's why I keep track this site. Hello genmilf, Congragulations. It's good 2 hear that still there's some hope to expect that we might receive receipt number. Do u know anything more about whether lottery process is going or not. One of my friend received papers back last week. What would u say???? |

I happen 2 hear from one of my friend that Last year some of his friend did't receive any receipt number/ papaers back. It seems directly she got H1 in august. I think u shd get H1 because u are MS candidate. Don't get tensed. But be in touch with your employer. I feel these days discussions in this forum are more among candidates out side US. But anyways.... I know the pain that u are undergoing..... |

Hi bijoygajjar..... I heard that applicants who got rejected last year and appiled this year.. Most of them got h1 this time. My application wasn't picked last time. More over after looking at article i.e tricks played by Indian consultants.... Iam very much worried now. I'm not in a position 2 judge whether how far it's reliable.
Do u have any idea on how much a consultant charges 4 lawyer fees or any other expenses. Plz do respond to this bijoygajjar and any other regular viewers. Regards.... |
