I-140 Denied Jun,2007.
MTR/Appeal. filed July, 2007.
case sent to AAO on July, 2007.

Topic: Might be some actions in May on Audit cases
This happened last year also. Around May 07, they said the same thing with reference to H2 temp labors. DOL did officially informed that. But the approvals have not picked up till July. One difference is last year all those pending cases approved after june are non-audit cases. This year most of us are struck in audits. |
Topic: Did your guyes notice that Chicago Center didn't process any case last week?
May be they are taking one and half months of unofficial holiday. As all the audits raised by chicago after 15th April are to be handled by Atlanta, they might be busy issuing audits so that their desks will be clean. |
Topic: Can I refile PERM to Chicago instead?
From June 01 2008 All PERM labors are to handled only by Atlanta. Chicago will no longer process PERM labor from June 1st. |
Topic: Status Messages
Mine is also 'In Process'. So, there is no way to know whether they have completed or reviewing the documentation we provided.
But in some earlier posts with other forums, I noticed people disussing their statuses changing from audit review to final review to in process like in a work flow. DOL might have stopped updating with these intermediate statuses. |
