pls find below the transcript in the refusal letter.
"You have submitted a bank statment from 1 ICICI Bank
The closing balance on 16/06/2008 was RS XXXX(XXXX pounds), however it does not cover
a period that is 7 days or less prior to your application as stipulated in the published guidance.
I therefore refuse you application...."
FYI, the statement was dated 30th and the last txn was on 16th June

The thing is there were no transactions after 16th June. so the last txns in the statement is on 16th June.
The EC is refused with a mention that the statement shows only till 16th June.
Checked with the bank, they said they can give a letter confirming the same. |

Hello everyone,
Can you let me know how did u apply for the admin review.
I mean the process for the same. Mine is rejected for the bank statement date tho I had maintained more than 5.5K pounds.
Should i go in person to mumbai consulate and apply for it or I can send thesame via courier.
Also it seems no documents are need to be sent.
Kindly confirm with your experiences...

No update from the same yet..am getting irritated over the long wait.
Also just now read that strange news that passport was waiting in the vfs office(no change in status)

I submitted for EC on 11th April under old rules. Now i got confused seeing all the forums. I did not show any fund, as I had a job offer from UK. I submitted all the documents related to the Company.
Please help me, I am very confused.

I noticed and not sure on what basis they give, tho we apply on HSMP (not on tier1).
