Topic: I-140 Revoked by previous employer, what next?

I worked for company A, B and C. Company C being the most recent

Company A had i-140 approved and moved on to Company B
Company B had I-140 revoked recently
Company C recently moved and is planning to re-apply for PERM and i-140

do you think I have any luck in retaining my priority date? I am in my 8th year on h1b

Topic: EAD for H4 Visa Holders

Dear trackitt members, perhaps someone is in the same shoes as I am... My spouse is currently on an H4 but she could soon get an H1, can she still apply for an EAD based on the two clauses proposed in the rule?
