Topic: H1, EAD and H4

Hi,

My current H1-B is expiring on 19-JAN-2009 and I have applied for H1-B EXTN (I have the I-29 Receipt no) also I have my EAD(pending more than 180 days) and AP.

As I am getting married in India by Dec. 08 and and my fiance is going for H4-VISA stamping in Dec. 08, what are the odds of getting the VISA, where current would be expiring less than 30-days.

Any advise would be appreciated.

Topic: Changing Job to different processing region while I-485 pending.

While I-485 is pending if you change a job from Atlanta(Texas Service Center - TSC) to Los Angles (California Service Center - CSC), do you need to transfer your case to CSC or you could continue process in TSC.

Any help would be appreciated.
