Topic: LC priority date transfer

Guys,

Here is my question,

I have applied for labour ( EB 3) with my old employer in 2007 june and got my labour approved and i have also applied for I-140 from that old employer.

i have changed the employer now, and my new employer also filed the GC under EB2 category. the PERM labour was applied in March 2008.

- can i use the priority date of my first labour (june 2007) if in case i need.

your response is greatly appreciated.
