Topic: Application for Permanent Labor Certification - waiting

Well in my case, it is when the perm filed. As per my information from employer they are taking 15 months time to approve or deny any PERM case. Its frustrating long journey so far but I am still in game that is important.

Please note 6 months is minimum, if you get lucky. If the file gets into audit you are looking at almost 18 months.

Topic: When to expect AOR after resending the application?

My application was returned to me as it was not completely filled, in some places NA was missing. I have resend the document almost 10 days back. I am wondering when can I expect AOR or any action on my case.

I was reading some of the issues that indviduals were having after their application is returned because form was incomplete (NA was missing). I am wondering, how much time does it take after you have resend the application in response to that.

No change in the dates for any country, this should be correct guess because I am not expecting anyone to be working during holidays.
