Topic: Case transferred to NBC for interview

I guess I just jumped from one boat to another... I actually thought that this would accelerate the process, but it seems that I was wrong. My case is going to my local field office now?

Topic: E File without the $340 fees?

Just Called Uscis and CS told me that I don't have to pay, but I can't e-file. I have to d/l the application and mail it in with the receipt of my I 485 showing that I already paid $1010.00 .

Has any one e-filed without paying?

Topic: POJ Method @ TSC doesn't work anymore

Someone at CIS finally figured (surfing this forum maybe) what combination you guys use to reach them and had the system reprogrammed.

I dont think that is it at all. ( they wouldn't be that smart )

I think they were getting just too many calls and decided not to waste their time on the phone any more. If this action improves processing times on pending cases I'm ok with it.

Topic: POJ Method @ TSC doesn't work anymore

At least not to find any info on pending cases. I called TSC today like 4 times regarding a SR from march 4th, that was over 45 days and every time I used the POJ method I got a nasty IO and they all confirmed that as of last week they were no longer giving out information on any cases. They all said I had to call the 800 number and then press 1,2,2,6, ( do not enter a scr#) press 1,2,4. They all said that from now on to use this combination to find out any info. I did call using that combination and got a CSR and she said that my case is still in the processing time, that right now @ TSC they are processing cases by the mailing date and they are at June 29th now and another 30 -40 days I should here from an Officer about my SR or my case.
