Topic: Advance Parole and reinstated F1

I have almost the same situation. My lawyer told me not to use AP. Just hang in there. Can you update your I485 profile? I just wonder about your PD. Really want to know what will happen to a case reinstated F1. I don't think anyone really know even a good lawyer.

Topic: Are there too many RFE and Denial going on?

I just wonder that RFE has been issued this much in the past or it just how inexprerience of IO dealing with AOS so they just issue so many RFE. And it seems like many of Denials are happening now too. Two of my friends got I485 denied last week out of the blue, no NOID at all and it was based on I140 that has not been issued RFE...Is it normal?

Topic: Texas is approving EB3 ROW left and right!!!

whatever reason you are put on EB3 instead of EB2 (evil lawyer, evil companies, etc), it does not matter. If you can't stand the wait, and you think you qualify for EB2, then find a job that would file you on EB2.

Whoever waits years, usually expected it, and joined a relatively stable, big company.

I wouldn't join a small start-up like I did, if I expected the delays. (Nobody could expect the July fiasco).

The circumstances are different for everybody.

But again, people who file EB2 and are current, expect to be approved within 6 months or so.

I agree that if your PD is current you should get your green card with in 180 day. And your NC is also cleared. I am fear that they didn't even look at you case yet. Where did you get youe MASTER degree ? USCIS may be working on EB2 cases that applicants were graduated from Harvard, MIT, Yale and other good name school first. Don't you think that they deserve to get green card first since they have sacrified so much more than others to go to those school. I hope you get your green card soon.

I totally agree, but it would be like...Family member of citizens first, Family member of green card holders and then EB1, EB2, EB3 or may be EB5 even before EB1 since they will invest and create job.
Can you imagine if the whole system really works like that.
