Topic: NSEERS & Advance Prole

Hi Safdar.
Let me share with you my experience while travelling on AP to pakistan last month and came back last week. I had my NASEER registration back in 2003.
I thought to go through Registration at the airport, but my attorney told me that my new I-94 (got with the H-1b approval letter) does not warrant to go through special process except to give it to airline agent collector alongwith the copy of my AP.
I had no problem while coming back except was asked few Q's and was given back only one copy of AP with stamp, IO also told me that I can travel as many times, I would like to before expiry of AP date.
For any specific detail do contact me at iuzaman@gmail.com

Topic: Traveling on AP .. 2nd Inspection FP procedure

I believe you are the right guy to ask to, I will be getting my AP pretty soon. How many time I can travel outside US on a single AP, and how long is it validity?
Is it preferable to use AP instaed of H1B?
Can you leave US without showing AP, try to renew H1B, if yes then OK, if not .......then Can you re enter on AP?
I know there are too many Q's....I will apprecaite for any input.

Topic: AC21 and changing job location

Sorry to say but your reply was confusing. In AC21 you should be fine to take advatage, on your new job you have same job description as mentioned in LC. But for complex matter it is advisable to contact attorney.
