what's t latest update regarding Premium Processing? i did so via pp and haven't heard yet... no idea what the heck is happening with the application
Hi, I have submitted for pp in California and I have not heard anything as well.
I am nervous as you are, hence I started to dig blogs and forums like this one.
No lawyer says anything, probably because the situation is not clear (and it would be wrong for them to say something if they are not sure).
These are the pieces of info I have (please correct me if I am wrong). Please keep in mind that my sources of info are not so trustworthy (blogs), hence take what I say with the due skepticism.
Apparently, this is what I believe happened so far:
* a big amount of pp receipts for accepted applications were received in the first two weeks;
* I heard of one (just one) pp applicant getting the receipt on the third week (this week);
* toward the end of the second week non pp receipts for accepted applications started to be received;
* so far I have not heard of anybody that received a denial (pp or not pp).
If you have more info, please correct me!

Topic: If my H1B petition was NOT selected in the lottery, when I will be notified?
Good morning,
I applied for an H1B with Premium processing in the master or higher degree quota. So far I have not heard anything. I am assuming this implies that the petition have been denied.
When USCIS will notify NOT selected applicants that they have not been selected. Any idea? Is this suppose to be in the 15 calendar day premium processing period?

Good morning,
did anybody received a letter saying its application was rejected? I applied for premium process for the amster cap and i have not heard anything yet and i was trying to figure out how much a bad news is. If "rejection"and "approval" are processed at the same time it is not a bad news to have not received anything yet. If they process the "approval" first... it is bad news.
