This is very tempting subject so can't stay out of it. We can' say law is wrong but this could be problem of number of Visa availability that is causing all this problem.
This rule basically for diversity...
Does this rule achivening diversity?
No because eventually every one get adjusted as well as for Rest of world there are several options like Lottery etc marrying to US citizen , if you vist Ukran there offices to set up the marriages so US citizen goes from here they chose the girl of their choice & mary them , same thing happening poland & Russia etc other place. That is huge lot is coming here so only applying this rule to employment based immigration is not helping in diversity.
Anohter argument is Emplyment visa numbers are 140000 & USA populations is 375 million as well growing with million Maxican come across so by 140000 emplyement base number is very small so it is really not impacting diversity.
USCIS not used many visa numbers so it was waste in past so that not used for diversity but less immgrant so rather I would say adjusting more cases is better so that others will get turn!
Does this method is fair to ROW & or indian or Chinies?
No not at this not fair for ROW as well as the indian/chinies becasue visa allotment method really injustice for the people who are waiting longger e.g. ROW PD 2004 is not getting his/her case adjust but EB2 indian PD 2006 case is getting adjusted.
Other unfair e.g Indian EB3 PD 2002 is not getting adjusted but ROW EB3 PD 2005 case is getting adusted.
This totally broken & unfair system.
I think they should allot the case based on the application date & PD abolosi this 7% unfair game for everyone.
Should Indian/chinies & ROW flight for this?
Not needed at all any fight will lead to nothing since this the Law. Only we need to act collectively & stay unite. Insted of fighting like begger to get more to you.
THis is real problem to everyone ROW as well as others we all leaving hell lot of uncertainity of the immigration.
Final solution will be more visa numbers availability & needs to recature visa numbers those are wasted.
Shoud we get upset or disturb when we other cases are getting adusted?
No not at all ! We shoud cheer for the person who is getting his/her case adusted because that way your chances are improved by every case adjusted in every category. Be happy for the people who get chance end their uncertainity.
Everyone will get their turn. Always greet person with joy & good wishes whosever getting adusted no matter where is from & what they do!
