Sending Reminders
|
We send e-mail reminders to our users to update their pending cases every 30 days
so that the information in our trackers is kept up-to-date. You can always check the "Last Reminder Sent" column in
a tracker to determine when a reminder was last sent to a user. We only send reminders for cases that are pending,
and where the user has not updated his/her case in the last 30 days. Cases that have been updated in the last 30 days,
or cases that have been approved, are considered active cases.
