I am in the same boat, My case has been pending the name check since January 2006. I recently got a letter to renew my biometrics, My appt was for 03/11/08, I also had applied for an EAD and I did everything on the same day, even though the EAD biometrcis appt was for 03/21/08. I am still waiting for a response for the GC. I had set up an infopass appt and the IO told me that I am more than likely going to be included in the processing of GC that have been waiting for a name check for more than 180 days. I live in Dallas but my case is at the MO service center. |
