| Name is part of backgrounds checks .... but dont think name checks is the only backgrounds checks USCIS does. My name check is cleared since Feb 2006 but my case is pending from last 2 years for other backgrounds checks ..... I have written letter from senator saying " my name check is cleared" . so dont think think name checks is the only things takes time .. |
