You need to get NOC (No Objection Certificate) from FBI. Usually, this is provided once you send your fingerprints to FBI. Just search Google, check the FBI site, contact them on phone and order the fingerprints form you need for application. Once got those, get fingerprints on those from a local agent.
You can also check with your local Police station in this regard. If they entertains the fingerprinting requests then no need to check with FBI guys. Just get that done and send to FBI. |
