I called my lawyer. He said that the Hard copy should come to him. If the hard copy does not come through, he will present it by downloading online petition which has been stamped as 'certified'.
Just curious, do you have a birth certifiate. For me I just have affidavit of my parents. I was born in Midnapore West Bengal. The municipality would not supply me Non-Avali. Cert. |
