Does the Croydon office provide a same day FLR visa for candidates with HSMP approvals ?

no i dont think so.. u will need to apply under Tier I General form. u can get the form from teh website of BIA. Link is: http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/workingintheuk/pointsbasedsystem/#
