Hi
You will fall under - Transition Arrangement for HSMP. 350GBP will be charged to you for FLR . Funds in Bank over 800GBP is mandatory for at least 1 month prior to approval - till June end 08.
My Qs:
a. I wanted to to know - What is the Estimated time to procure an FLR Visa when we apply from UK ? Days /weeks ?
b. Does Home office allow for urgent treatment under FLR application ?
c. If we have HSMP approval - then do we only need to establish the Maintenance funds?
