| Anyone with HSMP Approval Letter applying for Tier1 after 1st April |

| HI..I called up VFS office and those guys told me that i fall under the old rules...i.e. I have to file old VAF2 form and 9A form for EC....Also, Fund Maintainance of 2800 is applicable for me.....I am bit confused about this...I applied for HSMP in mid Feb and got my approval first week on April.....HSMP approval letter is valid for 6 months out of which i HAVE to wait for another 3 months to maintain the funds in my account... |
