That is correct that the officers are overloaded with tonnes of documents, but I think there is problem lies somewhere. The most visible culprit is the entire process. Too many scrutinies. I wonder, why someone who enters into the country on a valid visa, after all scrutinies, working and paying tax for years and years has to undergo years under this process where as some other gets the same priviledge very easily?...
Atleast the department should be manned enough to handle the load, I wonder is that very difficult to find for the administration..
