From an IO's pespective, you may be right. But that is not the issue here.
THe whole greencard process, i dont think adjudicating officers spend more than 1-2 hours per applicant. But still most of us wait for years for processing (i'm not counting the time when we are not current). So obviously the process is screwed up??? |
