I agree, infact sometimes not even an hour per case. may be just 20 mins.

say on an average an AO works 6 hrs a day. They look at an average of 10-12 files a day (Got this stat from federalsoup.com)

so it is 2 cases per hour. so 30 mins per case.


I could be wrong. But this is a guesstimate.
