HI Jhaala,
I am applying using cross chargeability and am current and within the time frame of processing for TSC. What I dont understand is if bill gets through there will be more visas available. but at the same time there the visa bulletin will be affected as there would be more more demand from the capped countries like India, china etc. so the available visas would get used up fast.......does this make sense and am I understanding this correctly? |
