Buffalo : Notarized Photocopies
Brickwall,

You need to notarized the documents which are not in English or French. Else there is no such need. I have submitted my application without any notarized copy for any doc. All my certificates, experience letters etc are in English. Hope this clears the query.
I also suggest to send a mail with this query to consulate. They will sure shot update you with correct information (However I am sure it would be same as I mentioned).
