Does this mean if ur name is stuck in security check it will impact the 140 approval
This is what I was wondering myself: According to this "Ohata Memo", yes it does impact your I-140, although the memo is 4 years old now.

I have heard nothing about my NIW case yet (RD late Feb 07), even though NIW cases at NSC are now being processed well into April 07 receipt dates. Of course, I'm from a place where security checks are rather likely. |
