1. You should updated the Consulate once your marital status changed. Did you do that? Its clearly mentioned in AOR letter you receives.
2. Medical examination forms are sent by consulate. Those are not available at any website or store for usable purpose.
Looking at the details you mentioned, you havent updated consulate for your marital status. Do it asap and complete your medicals, if got the forms. You can wait for your spouse' medical forms and then she can do the same. |
