I am not so sure about visitor visa. I was on similar situation. I was working and need to go back home. You can also call 1800 number on CIC web site they are very helpful too.
I was told that if I have go out of country other tha US I should apply for Entry Visa. It is similar to visitor but under category they wrote W 1. It is valid until my work permit expire. |
