Why only EB based?
And like Dobra said - I don't think there would be many ROW people who would have the patience to wait as long as the Indian people wait. (Well, if one Indian doesn't have the patience, there's always another one, with her spouse and children)
It would practically mean only Indian people would become permanent residents based on EB. |
